In Colonia Jessups, developers failed
to provide proper sewer or septic systems. As a temporary solution
under pending litigation, the developers have provided portable
rest rooms. Through Proyecto Azteca's work in Jessups, families
will build new homes in a new subdivision with proper
infrastructure including septic tanks, roads, water, and
electricity.
